Pizza Dino Lemgo in Lemgo

Today on January 3rd, 2021 we ordered 3 pizzas from Lieferheld and paid for by bank transfer. The food arrived after about 45 minutes. On site it was said .. The food would not be paid for! I even showed the direct debit to the supplier, but they still said no! You haven't paid. A discussion arose on the doorstep, with the supplier and the boss by phone. No insight! No goodwill! Even though the food is PAID !! I have now waived the meal but € 24 was debited! An absolute cheek. The best thing is that we have already ordered food there at least 5 times. From a human point of view, the store is absolutely the bottom drawer. Now the food has been taken away and we can take care of ordering food again. Never again! Shame on you!!

The Lamacun was a disaster. Burned and dry as a result. No sauce and that's why it is dry. The kebab was also burned on the outside and didn't see any sauce! Never again!!! Pizza was ok, but nothing more. Better choose another delivery service! I'll never order there again!

Doner, lahmacun and french fries arrived cold. Paid for 2 bottles of Coke but only got 1! Extra requests will not be considered. We will not order again. :-(

Good food in and of itself. Pizza and doner kebab quite tasty but nothing earth-shattering. Delivery service is pretty quick. Points are deducted for poor language skills. Therefore, wrong deliveries etc. That's the next point. Often the wrong size is delivered, or even the wrong pizza, wrong toppings, etc. Can be expanded but the bottom line is absolutely ok.

First of all, I have to say the delivery service is really fast, hence the three stars. But it was also the positive ones! To the shop: It doesn't seem customer-friendly and you don't have the feeling of sitting down and feeling good. The ambience is honest, get in and just get away. To eat: So the quality was a lot better a few years ago. You notice that the quantity and sales are more important than quality. Conclusion You can eat there, but expectations shouldn't be as high as in your favorite restaurant.

I ordered at 3 p.m., for delivery for 4.30 p.m., it was still not there at 5 p.m., so I called them and they forgot to prepare my order.

Pizzas and salads are delicious. Overall, the cost of eating is a bit too high. But the travel costs are very fair. Damn fast delivery. Everything was there within 20 minutes!

Food delicious in itself. However, there was a hair in the pizza balls and when we called there, we were told unkindly that we would get new pizza balls and that we should give the old ones back. There was no excuse either.

Not recommended. The delivery service has developed its own app and advertised that if you register with it and order it for the first time via this app, you will receive an immediate 5 € discount. In the app, these € 5 were not deducted during the ordering process, which is why I specifically indicated in the comment field that we would like to take part in this campaign. In addition, I asked in the comments field that the pizzas should be delivered cut and that the homemade balls instead of the usual herb butter should be delivered with the pizza balls. After placing the order we were contacted by a Pizza Dino employee. This informed us that the € 5 instant discount could not be credited to us because we had not registered in the app. However, we have this and have also received a registration confirmation by email. This we shared with that. Then the phone was passed on to another employee who told us that there was nothing he could do about it and that there were technical problems with the app and that he had received several complaints of this kind on the day. Next time, we should order again via the app and report on this conversation in the comment so that the € 5 instant discount can then be deducted. But even then it didn't work out. As a customer, you feel immensely fooled. You shouldn't advertise with such an offer if you don't want to pull it through. In addition, the pizzas of the first order came uncut, herb butter was delivered instead of the dip and the cola was forgotten. The supplier said he had known nothing about it and wanted to go drive to bring us the Coke again. Half an hour later he came to the Cola as we were with the food but also ready. During that time we called Pizza Dino again and reported on the incidents. From there we only got the information that the comments were probably not read. There was no excuse. But how could the comments not have been read if you were called directly because of the 5 € immediate discount, which was also in the comments field? Rather implausible everything. It looks more like the staff doesn't feel like cutting the pizzas. It was namely also countless times before that to the fact that the pizzas were delivered despite remark uncut. So if someone in the comments field points out an allergy or intolerance, I would not trust that this will also be taken into account! The pizza balls were also not really through, the dough inside was still raw. Unfortunately totally dissatisfied with the service! We would have expected a greater courtesy from the delivery service and above all an apology! Never again!

So far everything was fine, until we discovered hair in 2 out of 3 food. Have told the staff, then it was said that it was from us. Have then discussed longer with an employee, who then only said "If you do not want to pay, then go". So a few days ago I found Pizza Dino pretty good until I saw how unhygienic the premises and the like are. Thank you for the food that we luckily did not have to pay.
